Baking Beauties!

Tomorrow is Jenica's baptism! I have soooo much to do! We are having everyone over afterwards for refreshments (appetizers and desserts). Jeni was such a huge help with all the baking, now if only it wasn't so late so she could help me with the clean-the-house efforts...

Oh well...here is a cute pic of me and my big helper!

She loved taking the cookies out of the oven and transferring them to the cooling rack!

Kangaroo Zoo

I didn't get many pictures from our adventure at Kangaroo Zoo, but at least I got one of the best pictures of all time. lol Priceless! Nothing else to say!!

I could write about all the rude inconsiderate people we came across while we were there, though! Let's start with the couch...my mom and sister in law Angie had been there for a bit with the kids and had been hanging out on one of the couches, with all their stuff (coats, purses, etc). When I got there with the boys they got up for a minute, leaving all their stuff on the couch, kind of showing that it was taken. Then this lady walks over to it and starts picking up all their stuff and moving it and plops herself down, with her husband, and all their junk. RUDE. So my mom walks over and moves her stuff! So we pull up some chairs and sit next to the couch and chat while this lady is now sprawled across the couch, with her feet up so no one can sit. So my mom watches and as soon as there is a little space, she jumps back onto the couch. Guess you just had to be there. And then we wanted to get a picture of my mom and all the kids like this:
We have one on the same inflatable each time we have gone! There were a couple kids that we had to ask to stay off for just a minute so we could get the picture...including a lady and a little boy. But as soon as we got all the kids quickly posed, the lady threw the little boy up into our group. What the heck is wrong with people? She knew what we were doing, yet didn't seem to care enough to hang onto him for a second!

sleepover!

Since the kids don't have school tomorrow we thought it was the perfect opportunity to get all the cousins together for a sleepover at my parents house. So today I took the kids up, and we got a non chaotic picture of my parents with the kids before I headed home with the boys! Nana's rule was that you had to be 4 to sleep over. So at least that made for 3 less kids that stayed. What a great looking bunch of kids! :)

Tomorrow we are going to Kangaroo Zoo! I'll be sure to post some pics!

Campbells!!

Tonight was the first time in a LONG. TIME. that my entire family was together!! The last time was in July '08...and I was 5 months pregnant with the twins! My brothers family moved to Hawaii. This was the first time they have been back to the main land! :)

Then of course we crammed all the cousins on a couch and threw Nana in there with them! Nothing like a little chaos!

And Kaitlyn looooooves Molly! She hasn't seen her since she was just a few months old! She just adores her!
And here is Ben...the oldest of the cousins...holding Jonathan and Julian. Also in the pic is my little foster nephew "C".
We are soooo excited they are in town and that we were all able to get together tonight for cake and icecream! Looking forward to what the next couple weeks will bring as we get to see eachother!! :)
